Abstract

Artificial intelligence (AI) has become a very important technology in various fields in this era, helping organizations to improve efficiency and effectiveness in decision making. This research aims to identify the fields that most frequently apply AI technology and from 2020 to 2024. The method used in this research is System Literature Review (SLR), which enables in-depth and systematic analysis of relevant scientific literature. The results show that the education field is the most frequently implementing AI, with a usage percentage of (50%), followed by the healthcare sector with (30%). Other fields that also show significant adoption include agriculture (10%), entertainment (5%), and government (5%). The research reveals that AI is mainly used to improve learning and administration in the education sector and to increase the efficiency of diagnosis and treatment in the healthcare sector. The findings provide deep insights into AI application trends and its development potential in various sectors, which can serve as a basis for further research and innovation in the future.
