Abstrak

"The Employee Bonus Calculation Application for Alfa Skin Care Clinic is designed to support the HR team in efficiently calculating employee bonuses. To ensure this application functions according to specifications, software testing was conducted using the Black Box approach, specifically through Boundary Value Analysis and Equivalence Partitioning methods. Boundary Value Analysis focuses on testing input boundaries, while Equivalence Partitioning separates data into valid and invalid partitions to expedite the testing process. Through a systematic Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), this testing ensures all stages are thoroughly followed. The testing results showed that the application is error-free. Boundary Value Analysis achieved 100% accuracy in 14 test scenarios, and Equivalence Partitioning found no errors in its 8 test scenarios. This confirms the effectiveness of both methods in evaluating and detecting system errors. In conclusion, thorough and proper testing implementation is crucial to minimize system errors.
